This Mod removes the RNG for Tech, each upgrade you install or you installed on your exusuit/ship/multitool will have the max possible stats. Some Tech A category will be equal to the S category, since S on some techs just have better chances to get better values.

Installation
Extract and put the pack file in your MODS folder in the PCBANKS folder.
Remove DISABLEMOD.TXT in your PCBANKS folder (if you still have it)
