Standalone outfit. My efforts continue to make the CF at least a fashionable faction, if nothing else. Currently female only and given the design, will probably stay like that.
Type “help regalia” to console window ingame and then player.additem
Alternative versions are coming sooner than later. Can’t promise how ecletic though!
Make sure your body size is set to 0 at Enhance! Partial morphs are included so outfit works for main companions just fine, but can’t really stretch to sturdier figures due to lot of meshes bolted on. Sorry!
INSTALLATION:
Install Plugins.txt Enabler and put *PrivateerRegalia.esm to your plugins.txt file.
Drop the files to your relevant data folders. I personally put .esm in Steam Starfield\Data folder and everything else to Documents\Starfield\ Data folder.
Make sure that your StarfieldCustom.ini has the lines:

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
