I always liked the Crimson Fleet Pirate skull helmet, but not with the eye being plastered over so I “fixed” it!
Installation:
1. Download the main file and extract the Data folder to /{User}/Documents/My Games/Starfield/
2. Create a StarfieldCustom.ini (if you don’t have it already) and add these lines:

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
