This j4500 mod from DBMX it has collision issues i tried to see if they updated the mod a no go. here are all the files i have.

Use linux to inject the sound files as necessary… or a hex reader, replace the missing headers for the zip/rar files, crack it, take engine sounds from something like the CMA or the Sultana bus mod, route it properly… I dont have time, I’m sorry… But that is the battle plan… Sorry DBMX. you should have listened to people and demand and kept this alive. We consider it public domain now since you never filed any copyright and entered it into the public domain.
Just cancel this one and use mci mod
