A simple edit to speed_volumes.meta to disable the speed limiters within towns, or bridges, and train tracks when on horseback.
This does not affect on-foot movement, such as in camp or when inside of interiors.
Installation:
Simply drag the “Speed Limit Remover” folder from inside the zip file into the LML folder inside of your RDR2 Directory.
