Working binoculars with 12x zoom that can be modded to add Recon functionality !
It will be added to your inventory instead of the original Binoculars if you come across those and grab them.
Or you can craft them at an Industrial workbench. The newly added resource “Silica” can be obtained as loot drops or bought at the appropriate vendors.
CAVEATS / known issues:
– Since it’s categorized as a weapon. it shows weapon stats which makes no sense ofcourse.
Because of this, however, it can also be quick-keyed !
