Adds Marshal Leigh Johnson in from RDR1
Edits Captain Monroe into Marshal Johnson from the first game!
Also adds a PED schedule for him so he moves around armadillo!
Must have Project New Austin installed for the -1907- (PED schedule) folder to work.
