Adds “Caelumite Transmuter” to the Outpost workshop Builders menu. Transmutes Uranium to Caelumite; includes auto-repair.
Features
This machine will (slowly) produce 1 unit Caelumite ore per 10 units of Uranium ore, when supplied with 50 power. It has a built-in auto-repair monitor when checks integrity every 15 seconds, and fully repairs itself if it has been completely disabled. Only one transmuter can be installed per outpost.

Just the base game.
Compatibility
All records added by the mod are new, so compatibility with other outpost mods should be good; but leave me a post if you run into anything game-breaking.

Removing transmuters
If you remove an existing transmuter from your outpost, be sure to stay in the outpost area (cell) until you see the message “Stopping transmuter auto-repair monitor”, which should happen no later than 15 seconds later. The message confirms that the transmuter object, along with its script and timer, has been completely removed.
Installation
Install with your preferred mod manager (I use Vortex).
Uninstallation
Remove using your preferred mod manager.
