Ever wanted that one of a kind special weapon or armor? Ever reloaded multiple times for hours trying to get it to drop? Ever get a legendary to drop with 2 of the 3 traits you wanted but that last one was completely useless? Well L.M.S is here to change that. Jemison Mercantile now sells enough cores for 3 legendary weapons every restock. They are quite a bit to purchase which is why if you’d like to save your credits exploring and taking out the bad guys in space might reward you, perhaps a few bounty board missions may come in handy? With this installed you can turn any weapon or armor you find into a Rare, Epic, or legendary item at the cost of a few materials and a “Legendary Core”.

This mod is based on Legendary Modifications by pitufocabeza.
They made a mod that I used for a long time and enjoyed but wanted a more “earned” feeling that felt like it fit into the game. Their mod requires you to have 1 of each material which isn’t much and in my last playthrough it was way to easy to make legendary items it felt to unearned. In their mod you’re not supposed to be able to put legendary traits on normal gear unless it’s already legendary “This mod allows one to change the legendary traits on existing legendary weapons and armor. This does not let you turn ordinary weapons and armor into legendaries, but you can modify your favorite legendary weapons and armor to traits that suit your playstyle more.” So I wanted to make my own where you could earn your legendary effects by killing enemies or buying cores to then add them to any weapon or armor you find even if they are normal common gear pieces. This does not take away enemies having legendries but it adds more ways to get what you want and to make your perfect roll.
