Open the RDR2Ranching.rar file.
Drag and drop the scripts folder into your Red Dead Redemption 2 folder.
Install Script Hook RDR2.
Install ScriptHookRDR2DotNet V2 – 2.2.0.

Go to one of the start points (pitchfork symbol) at any of the listed ranches.
