Have you always wanted to see more of the army? Have you always wished it would do something instead of sitting idle in its fort?
This mod is for you: the army will now appear across the entire map with its transport wagon, but beware, it could also send soldiers to respond to your most serious crimes! (This is my modification of the LAW
My mod is a very simple modification of other mods: LAW and Ambient Gangs (if you want me to remove this mod because you are part of that team, just send me a PM).
ARMY AND POLICE PATROL ON HORSEBACK
-You will now encounter soldiers on the map in their wagons, transporting supplies.
They can appear anywhere on the map, but they rarely appear in large cities such as St. Denis (1% chance). You’re more likely to see them in Valentine (they want to go at the bar too!), next to the wapiti Natives camps (they enforce their law here) and in the Cumberland Forest (next to their fort), but they can appear anywhere else.
-You will also encounter mounted army soldiers in thoses 2 areas.
-Natives will spawn next to their camps too (credits to ambient gangs).
-Rarely you will see sheriff patrols too, in calms areas only (they dont want to die…).
-The St. Denis and Blackwater police now use mounted officers to patrol the streets.
I only used the files from the ambient gang mod, I removed all the gang spawns from the original mod, so my mod uses the same file but is completely different (I didn’t have much time, so it was easier for me).

With the excellent LAW mod, the search system has been greatly improved, but at a higher search level, I wanted to see the army.
Now it’s done: if you’re in a city or a town at a high search level, tons of soldiers will appear in waves to eliminate you. It’s extremely fun and difficult to try to survive this.
In large cities such as Saint-Denis, the army makes combat extremely difficult, your only chance is to retreat! The National Guard will NOT let you take control of the cities!
I removed the gatling gun of the original LAW mod, its was bugged and not very challenging (since they are often struck) imo.
I highly recommend downloading the Realistic Army Uniforms mod to accompany this mod!
