Increases top speed for all exocraft except the mech & less fuel
This will allow the top speed for all exocraft except the mech(Minotaur) to be about 60-65u/s instead of the normal top speed of 25-35u/s. Bonus modifications are less fuel consumption, longer boost, quicker scans and better braking. Acceleration is still the same. May not work in Survival.
