II. Installation :

SIMPLE:

Copy "StarfieldCustom.ini" to the "Documents\My Games\Starfield" folder
Copy "interface" and "video" inside the "Data" folder into:

Steam-Version: X\Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield\Data
Microsoft-Store-Version: X\Xbox Games\Starfield\Content

__________________________________________________

DETAILED:

Copy "StarfieldCustom.ini" to the "Documents\My Games\Starfield" folder.

CLARIFICATION:
The path to this folder is NOT the same as the one to your games .exe where the other parts of this mod (as well as most other mods) will go so pay close attention to that.
__________________________________________________

Copy the "Data\Interface" folder into "Starfield\Data" (You should have "Starfield\Data\Interface").
Copy the "Data\Video" folder into "Starfield\Data" (You should have "Starfield\Data\Video").

CLARIFICATION:
The file path for this is NOT the same one you used for the 'StarfieldCustom.ini' from the previous installation step!! Though there is a 'Data' folder within that same path it is not where these next steps (or the installation for most other mods) takes place!!
The 'Data' folder you are looking for is the one within the games ROOT FOLDER where the .exe is located.
For reference, on Steam that path is:
\steamapps\common\Starfield\Data\

Within the packaging you will have 7 menu customization options to choose from...

CLEANFIELD MAIN DATA FOLDER: Removes Starfield logo, Bethesda logo, Message of the Day
OPTIONAL FOLDER 'Keep Starfield Logo (30, 60 & 120 FPS Variants)': Removes Bethesda logo, Message of the Day
OPTIONAL FOLDER 'Keep 'Message of the Day': Removes Starfield logo, Bethesda logo
OPTIONAL FOLDER 'Keep 'Message of the Day' & Starfield Logo (30, 60 & 120 FPS Variants)': Removes Bethesda logo
EACH OPTION has its own separate 'Data' folder within the package so pick ONE!

At this point you COULD simply copy/paste your chosen options 'Data' folder into game folder (\steamapps\common\Starfield\) and select yes to the replacement warning, launch the game and hopefully see it work as expected. DONE!
HOWEVER, my recommendation is always caution when modding so I personally do a few extra steps to retain a bit more control over the situation. If that interests you, keep reading...

Within the mods 'Data' folders there are 2 subfolders, 'interface' and 'video'...

To be clear, 'interface' is not a vanilla folder and the 'mainmenu.swf' file that is included within it is specific to this mod meaning the folder/file is not replacing anything in the original game files.
Installing this mod will ADD a new subfolder labeled 'interface' within your 'Data' folder and it will theoretically be found right above the 'video' subfolder depending on your organization settings.

If you don't want to use the included 'StarfieldCustom.ini' you have to add following lines to your
'StarfieldCustom.ini':

[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

[General]
SIntroSequence=0
uMainMenuDelayBeforeAllowSkip=0
__________________________________________________

For Gamepass users:

1 - Go to game directory (Ex: C:\XboxGames\Starfield\Content)
2 - Open Starfield.ini
3- There must be something like this, with more lines written under it (don't touch them):
[Archive]
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\

Delete STRINGS\ and add bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 right under [Archive], changing to this:
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

4- Save the file
5- Install the mod normally

III. Uninstallation :

Remove "StarfieldCustom.ini" from your "Documents\My Games\Starfield" folder.

CLARIFICATION:
ONLY remove this .ini file entirely if you want to remove and/or disable ALL of your mods.
If you have other mods installed that use StarfieldCustom.ini and you are simply wanting to remove the LINES added from the INCLUDED .ini file then manually look for and remove the following lines:

[General]
uMainMenuDelayBeforeAllowSkip=0

(WARNING: you may have other things under the [General] section so caution before deleting that particular word).
__________________________________________________

Remove "Interface\MainMenu.swf" from your "Data" folder.

CLARIFICATION:
As previously mentioned this folder/file is not part of the original game files and therefore should be safe to simply remove without issue.
WARNING: This is the first mod that I have seen that adds an 'interface' folder BUT before removing it entirely take a second to make sure no other mods have added anything within it. If the only file within it is the 'MainMenu.swf' file then you can delete the entire 'interface' folder. If there are now more files within it then only delete that single file added by this mod.
__________________________________________________

Remove "Video\BGS_LOGO_1080p_BinkVersion.bk2" from your "Data" folder and verify integrity of game files in Steam.

CLARIFICATION:
If you made a backup copy of this .bk2 file before installing this mod then simply copy/paste/overwrite the original back into the 'video' folder. This should save you from having to take a great deal of time verifying the game.
WARNING: Verifying is a process that may actually result in really screwing up the rest of your installed mods)

The included 'BGS_LOGO_1080p_BinkVersion.bk2' doesn't impact much so theoretically there should be no harm in just leaving it there if needed.
