Special Thanks to qwertiks for bringing this issue to light and also for quickly finding a solution before I even had a
chance to take a look into it!

How to use:
- extract BlockFileSyncs.cmd to any location (does not need to be game folder)
- extract locklist.txt to same location as BlockFileSyncs.cmd file
- Right Click BlockFileSyncs.cmd and Run as Administrator
- (Running as Admin is required, registry command wont work without elevated privlages)
- Follow the menu options in the program.
- After adding the blocklist, reboot your PC.
- OneDrive will not use the new policy until it loads it which is why reboot is needed.

To block an extension or customize your block list, simply edit blocklist.txt with any text editor and put the file
extension on a new line using the *. wildcard (aka asterisk) (Ex: *.zip)

You can specify a specific file as well. (Ex: Myfile.zip)

This will prevent OneDrive from syncronizing (uploading) to
your OneDrive Account (Cloud)

Be careful adding extensions, this is a global change not just for that folder. Example: If you add *.jpg then ANY
jpg file including in your pictures folder will no longer get synced to your cloud drive. For this reason, it is
best to stick with typical/common game file extensions (such as *.esm / *.ba2)

Q: Why would I want to use this or why is it needed?
A: Because of the way mklinking works, it redirects the Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data folder to your game_install\data folder.
This inadvertently causes OneDrive to include this location in Backups and of course, the game files themselves are very large
so it can cause unessesarry data usage to upload those files to your Cloud Drive. This will prevent that issue.

Q: Will this effect current files already in my OneDrive Cloud?
A: No

Q: Will running again add duplicate entries?
A: No, it will overwrite them. If they are not changed, then it
   just be the same data.

Q: How can I remove these changes?
A: If you are familiar with regedit you can goto
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\OneDrive\EnableODIgnoreListFromGPO
and remove entries by right clicking one and deleting it. Of course, anytime you
chance these policies - you will need to reboot your PC.
