Changes:
– 1 Million Credits Death Penalty
– Longer HealthRecharge Delay
– More & Longer Storms on dangerous Planets
– Suit Upgrades are very Expensive
– Less Inventory Slots on Start
– Show Shop Intro again
– ShopNumber set to 34 and ShopTier3
– Light (Torch) doesn’t have that big delay
