This mod keeps the storms in No Man’s Sky, but makes them half as strong, last half as long, and happen half as frequently.

I like the storms in No Man’s Sky – I really do. It’s just that they keep happening all the damn time and they last forever! This mod overhauls the storms and extreme weather in No Man’s Sky, but makes them half as strong, last half as long, and happen half as frequently. It’s a very simple mod.

If you are new to using mods, first remove the DISABLEMODS.TXT file from No Man’s Sky/ GAMEDATA/ PCBANKS folder, then add the .pak file for this mod to the MODS folder.

This mod affects GCSKYGLOBALS.GLOBALS.MBIN and all of the weather MBINs (BLUEWEATHER, CLEARWEATHER, DUSTWEATHER, GREENWEATHER, HUMIDWEATHER, RADIOACTIVE, REDWEATHER, SCORCHED, SNOWWEATHER, TOXIC, and WEATHERLIST).
