if u want to play rdr1 then just download this mod and your pretty much there
also for the mod to look better i recommend downloading “Blackwater City Overhaul – A more Civilized Blackwater.” and “Project New Austin 1907 – Classic Color Scheme and RDR1 Locations” anyway enjoy i guess

I don’t see the logic in having this in the game, in story mode, since no one in the gang can access the red areas on the map, because if you access them you are killed by a sniper.
It’s the same in GTA V… all of this is off-limits to one of the 3 characters, if you access it you are killed.
