Forces train and trolley ped passengers spawns, replaces player seats (not all) with potential peds in trolley and train, and forces highest load range. (Filled 50+ seats!!!)
Something to note just because I put ped models in the seat doesn’t mean they will all spawn 100% every time.
Even with the highest priority available which is MissionCritical, but this is the best I could do to help.

As for graphics I recommend you either use my performance settings.xml or use the quality recommendation preset in your game.
Your actual graphics settings play part in the game being able to function properly.
I also want to highly recommend you use DLSSTweaks but there are three very important things to note about using it.
1. Make sure you use the DLSS3 version the preset calls for which is either 3.1.10 or 3.1.11 (I use 3.1.11)
Using any newer versions hits performance hard and causes very strange flickering.
2. You will need to put the new DLSS3 file somewhere other than replacing your original. (Otherwise, it gets overwritten upon launch due to Rockstar fuckery.) Put the folder it came in into your RDR2 folder then inside the tweaks menu you will need to set the “Add DLL Override” feature by giving it the file path to your new DLSS file. All that’s left is for you to change “ForceDLAA” to “True” then click save. DONE!
3. You will possibly get a warning in the dlsstweaks.log about using auto exposure.
Completely ignore this as it causes bugs when looking down scope. (Really bad flickering and LOD issues)
