The diplomacy, intimidation, instigation and manipulation skills will always have 100% chance of working
Alternate version available where you progressively get to 100% chance at rank 4

Two versions of the mod are available :

[Original version]:
Diplomacy, Intimidation, Instigation, Manipulation, Xenosociology and Robotics always have 100% chance of working regardless of rank

[Progressive version]:
Diplomacy (vanilla is always 60%) : [60%] -> [75%] -> [90%] -> [100%]
Intimidation (vanilla is always 50%) : [50%] -> [70%] -> [85%] -> [100%]
Instigation (vanilla is always 40%) : [40%] -> [60%] -> [80%] -> [100%]
Manipulation (vanilla is always 30%) : [30%] -> [50%] -> [75%] -> [100%]
Xenosociology and Robotics at 100% unaffected by rank (vanilla is 60%)
