Project New Austin 1907 - Classic Color Scheme and RDR1 Locations

Brings back those classic RDR1 locations (with peds) and New Austin color scheme.

Removes the dark orange tint in New Austin and adds a few changes to the weather cycle

Note: The color scheme is tied to the weather effects (High pressure, Clouds, and Sleet). When fast traveling to New Austin or riding in on foot the weather will change seamlessly. Teleporting to New Austin with a trainer usually won’t give the weather enough time to change. Ex. Teleporting from Ambarino to San Denis and it continues to snow.

Each new location has RDR1 accurate props/layouts, made from scratch using RDR2 assets only.
(Some photos were taken in older versions, a lot has been changed/added since then

Instalation

Drag both the “lml” folders and the “NA” folder into your main directory

Updating: Make sure to delete the old version entirely before updating (All !Scripts, -1907- folder, and the lml/1907 folder)

Massive quality improvements to all the models, with new textures, decals, furnishing improvements, exterior AMV’s (model shading/AO), and much more. Everything will feel much more vanilla and less “modded” (Thanks to Kermit for new textures, and g_e_n_t for new decals)
Added Coots Chapel and MacFarlane’s cottage interior and some other stuff (by KristianD3)
Removed the replace folder, everything is now handled in the install.xml (Thanks to Western)
Improved night time visibility in the Morningstar, if you were having issues with it being too dark that should be fixed now
Various other timecycle changes to the Morningstar interior
A bunch of other additions/QOL fixes to the Morningstar interior
Redid the popzone.ymt edits with proper encoding
Added better LOD levels which should greatly improve performance
Fixed some broken scenario points
Fixed interiors visibly disappearing from a distance
Fixed a bugged pickup in the Sgt Joe’s Bank Robberies version of the Armadillo Bank interior that could cause the player to turn invisible
A bunch of other general optimizations and fixes
Seperated the Tall Trees Snow due to an issue that caused pop-in in the prologue chapter
(Optional) Added a custom gameconfig to fix crashing with third party scripted map mods and Rampage XML’s, and make the MorningStar more consistently populated. Things like Mexico Mod, Buyable Properties, etc should no longer be an issue

Version 2.2

Fixed the MorningStar SLOD’s, meaning it will now be visible from all over the map with correct LOD levels
Fixed Armadillo Saloon Expansion AMV’s
Silenced the screaming safe.
Fixed the Armadillo Theater AMV not showing up (lighting will be much better now)
Removed bugged pickups from the MacFarlane’s General Store and the Serendipity
Fixed floating props outside Manzanita
Fixed an issue with one of the MacFarlane’s Trainstation portals that caused the interior to turn invisible
Fixed an issue with the SaloonRoom script
Fixed some floating objects in Gaptooth
Removed the Body Tossing event from Armadillo
Removed a couple bugged vanilla scenarios in Armadillo
Fixed an LOD issue with the Armadillo saloon expansion
Fixed an issue with the MorningStar portals to cause the doors to disappear when exiting the storage room
This’ll probably be the last update for a while unless anything urgent comes up

Version 2.1
Unlocker replaced with LITE (thanks to ChunkLeChuck), and a script was added to prevent the use of version.dll, this should solve a number of crashes and incompatible online content mods
Polished and properly implemented the extra Armadillo Saloon Expansion rooms, and removed a bugged pickup that could cause NPC’s or the player to turn invisible/crash the game
Fixed dust/smoke still appearing in Armadillo when not using Classic Color Scheme

Fixed MacFarlane’s genstore/trainstation navblockers that can cause your horse to get stuck, and a particular cat scenario to run into the walls
Remove the old MacFarlane’s scenarios inside the general store
Added proper reflection probes to the Morningstar storage room
Updated Newspaper script – Fixes a bug that allowed you to buy a single newspaper more than once, Newspaper selection is now different for Arthur
Fixed missing faces in the Serendipity hull
Fixed the Armadilo bartender wishing you well every time you enter a different room in the saloon
Remove Macfarlane’s safehouse emissives
Fixed AMV flickering in the Morningstar storage room
Widened the Macfarlane’s Foreman’s Office doorways, if you were getting stuck on them before that should be fixed

Version 2

————Gamblers and Ferries Update———–
Added the Morningstar Ferry, complete with gambling minigames, a working saloon, and more
Added a completely redone version of Macfarlane’s Ranch (Thanks to Redemptify for the green light and assistance)
Added the Wreck of the Serendipity, an all new Treasure Hunter gang hideout
Added an all new Train system to New Austin, along with custom fast travel points and custom train configs
Entirely redid Plainview, Armadillo, Critchley’s Ranch, and everything that was present in the old version
Added the Treasure Hunter and Bollard Twins gangs
Added snow to Tall Trees (only applies in 1907)
Added a rentable room, saloon food ordering, working theater, Newspaper vendor, and bank activities to Armadillo
Added Warthington Ranch hideout
Added Pike’s Basin hideout
Armadillo now uses vanilla implemented peds
Added a new ped schedule system, making custom settlements much more believable and lifelike than the previous version
Added our own unlocker, so OCU and LITE are not required
Every new interior is a proper MLO interior, with custom baked AMV’s and Reflection probes
Added proper navblocking to every location, so peds are able to navigate them correctly
Added Ridgewood Farm Wagon Fence
And a lot more, it’s been 4 years I can’t be expected to remember everything
