How to install
Download one of the main Time Dilation files using Vortex (your choice of either 25%, 50%, or 70% time dilation). Alternately, if not using Vortex, manually download the file and extract to \Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield.
If you do not have a StarfieldConsole.ini file, download the optional file and extract into \Documents\My Games\Starfield. If you already the ini file, add the lines listed below.
If you have not created a StarfieldCustom.ini, download the optional file and extract it to the same location.
Otherwise, add the lines listed below.

Remove the space between the ‘H’ and ‘o’
Change the keybinds by editing StarfieldConsole.ini.
