Fixes the console clear command.
For some reason Bethesda stubs (removes) the code related to the console command for clearing the console buffer for the game’s release. This re-implements that functionality.
Requires SFSE and Address Library
Warning: This might only work for the latest SFSE version due to using a newly added interface.
