New standalone master tier perk. “If you have rank 4 Ballistics, Lasers & Particle Beams, you gain 25% more damage with all weapons.” This perk is to make you grind all weapon skills for more bonuses overall. It’s the first “mastery perk” I made. I plan on doing mastery perks for all categories, and adding other bonuses to increase the grind.
Installation:
Simple .esm install.
1. Download manually or with manager.
2. Make sure esm is inside steam starfield data folder.
3. Activate Inquisitor_Combined_Arms_Mastery.esm inside plugins.txt inside appdata.
You should be ready to go!
