Added a workshop panel for decorating the lair. (inside the main cave beside the door)
Made the Mantis Lair never respawn.
Known Issues
Workshop mode is accessible before the mission is complete. (unintended)
Some objects may be floating if you remove certain tables in workshop mode.
Locked containers inside the lair are unlocked. (unintended)
