A large water tower, silo, and gas tank for outposts that can hold up to 12000 mass.
These are recommended for bulk outpost resources and not general storage as they can be hard to access from the ground.
Known bug: If phantom red lines appear they should only be a visual bug and go away by leaving the planet and returning. This has only happened to me twice early in development and may be fixed. I only put this warning just in case. One user reported issues after an attack, but was able to resolve it.
