An .esm file that modifies the Cell Respawn Time to be nearly infinite. World Areas or Points of Interest (POI) will not respawn NPCs and Items.
WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?
This mod was created using Bethesda’s Starfield Creation Kit. This mod adjusts Game Setting variables that determine the time it takes for cells to respawn. Their values are set to excessive numbers that make Cell Respawns basically never happen.
HOW TO INSTALL
MANUAL INSTALLATION
Download the Main File
Extract the CellsNeverRespawn.esm file into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield\Data
Play Starfield
MOD MANAGER INSTALLATION
Download the Main File
Enable the plugin CellsNeverRespawn.esm
Play Starfield
VERIFY MOD IS ENABLED
Open the in-game Console and enter in the command variables (CVars) below
getgs iHoursToRespawnCell
getgs iHoursToRespawnCellCleared
They should return the text below after inputting the CVars above
GameSetting iHoursToRespawnCell >> 20131200
GameSetting iHoursToRespawnCellCleared >> 20131200
