Transform the static, underwhelming ship traffic around planetary orbits by introducing a variety of M-class ships—including cargo haulers, fuel tankers, luxury liners, and capital warships.
Akila – A small town with growing needs for heavy cargo shipments to support its expansion.
Deimos – focused on logistics and cargo vessels, home to the birthplace of large UC Capital ships.
Gagarin – An industrial hotspot with a heavy focus on cargo ships supporting the settlement’s manufacturing.
Jaffa IV – Focused on cargo and general trade routes, supporting nearby settlements.
Jemison – As the capital of the UC, expect capital ships, luxury liners, and cargo vessels, making its presence more impactful.
Mars – Known for transport/cargo vessels and UC Navy dreadnoughts, supplying the military and trade needs of the UC.
Montara Luna – A lesser-known world, but still a key node for cargo and transport ships.
Polvo – Focused on transport/cargo ships, serving HopeTech and the growing industrial needs.
Titan – A transport and cargo hub, vital for the heavy movement of goods.
Volii Alpha – Primarily focused on transportation and luxury liners, catering to wealthy travelers and trade routes.
Will this impact performance? Maybe a bit yes some M-class ships just have more parts attached, but I’ll introduced more logic into the SQ_TrafficManagerScript, that controls how many times a ship can spawn from a custom form list, so you won’t see two M-class ships with the same name. The larger impact would be removing the logic.
These ships act like the other traffic do, move from few points then leave the area once they leave they’re deleted.
Is this incompatible with X ?
I didn’t edit any level lists or forms list, so the chance is low, but if it changes the TrafficManagersetting object within a planets orbit then yes.
Could I create large scale battles with Capital Ships over Jemison? Yes.
Does this require any other mods?
