Quite simply, this mod adds a pair of black skins to the Cutter. A Blackout Skin, that swaps the red of the body for black while keeping all of the stickers and metal in their original colour, and a Total Blackout Skin that swaps the red for black, and makes all of the stickers and metal match the color scheme.
There are options in the download to either have these as craftable skins for the Cutter, or as replacement textures for all Cutters, though this won’t apply to certain NPC only Cutters that have a special skin.
