Before using the mod, you need to finish the gunsmith backroom robbery.
after that make sure you activate the world state 307 in the rampage trainer.
Download map editor and put the apartment file in the maps folder here steamapps\common\Red Dead Redemption 2\MapEditor\Maps
and then load the map from the editor in game F9\load map

could not remove 2 small items above the bed, but just shoot them to make them go away.
YMT is optional but can cause the props to spawn glitch.
