
Rework of Open Sky Suite that places the Sky Suite into the Neon worldspace, allowing access without loading screens.
The Open Sky Suite mod by Lousy_Username is, for my money, one of the most underrated mods out there. Though my very personal nitpick is that I prefer the vanilla layout (the original mod added an extra foyer and bedroom), hence this Condensed version.
All credit to Lousy_Username for the hard work of creating the original mod. I took the liberty of a couple additions though:
– A discoverable map marker, so you can fast travel from anywhere in the Neon exterior.
– An easter egg: after you’ve seen the suite, pay a visit back to Boone Morgan and look behind him.

NOTE FOR MOD CREATORS:
I spent days experimenting with audio occlusion boxes, trying to make the Sky Suite soundproof against the noisy Neon weather. I only managed to reduce some weather noises but not all; I suspect certain ambient audio is hardcoded into the Neon exterior cell. That wasn’t my biggest problem however. I just couldn’t get the balcony door to work right; it only makes opening/closing sounds on one side of the occlusion box, never both sides. Anyone who knows a fix for this, please DM me. I’ll gladly update this mod with a soundproofing feature.

Just realized I made a change to the base form Int_Occ75 without creating a new form. I messed up, I’m sorry! (╥﹏╥) This version restores its original values so that it won’t mess up anything else in the vanilla game. If you’re using Ver. 1.1, PLEASE make sure to download this one!
UPDATE VER. 1.1 – should update without messing up any decorations you’ve made.
– Added an occlusion audio box that removes most of the weather noises. You’ll still hear thunder and lightning, and ships landing/taking off, but it’s a lot quieter.
– Adjusted the build area so that you’re no longer able to build in the elevator.
