The mod has been completely reworked with the Creation Kit, and all weapons have new IDs.
All the scrap metal weapons you have will be gone.

Scrap Metal Weapons are weapons that were assembled from Starfield weapon parts.
You can buy the weapons in two shops. One is at the Firing Range in Cydonia and one is at the Shipservice in Neon.
You can also download the Scrap Metal Weapon Leveled Lists.
The leveled lists add Crimson Fleet, Ecliptic, Miner, Spacer, The First, and Va’ruun Scrap Metal weapons.
All weapons can be customized at the weapon workbench.
All weapons have Vanilla, Standard, and Overkill variants.
Some selected Weapons have Nightmare variant.

Install
If you don’t have Scrap Metal Weapons installed yet, you can simply install them with modmanager or manually
->Save your game. Close the game and uninstall the old version (2.2 or older).
->Start the game and save your game again.
->Close the game and install with manager or manually.
->Start the game, save, and wait or sleep for 48 hours.
now all weapons should be available in the Shops.
