Minor Urban Overhaul V19

(Version of this mod that only includes the scenery changes in California and Phoenix)
Should be compatible with minor map mods if you put them in higher priority.
No known conflicts with ProMods Canada.
All map DLC probably required.

-Did some rebranding to clarify that this is more of a traffic mod than a map mod. Although I can see myself finally doing some more scenery edits in the future. 4-lane-wide I-710 and 4-lane-wide Ventura Freeway are killing me inside already.

– Omaha region.
– I-80 up to Lincoln from Omaha.
