WEATHER + ADDONS ATS V2.9 1.48

Used the scs weather as a base with new lighting and new 8k and 16k textures.

300+ skybox all in 8k,
clear sky,
cloudy sky,
fog,

compatible with all map mods,
no need to extract just put it in the mod folder.

-Weather_2.9_addon_night_sky_default
-Weather_2.9_addon_no_fog_ETS_ATS

2.9: removed useless sky cloud texture, it’s about 30% smaller, improved lighting on asphalt at dawn and dusk. 2 new addons.
