the addon (Weather_3.3_addons_new lighting),
had some improvements,
removed the blueish color of the environment,
early in the morning the lighting is colder,
late in the afternoon it is warmer

update: 3.1:
removes several cloudy skyboxes, and added new skyboxes,
now the sun hides behind the clouds, it’s not perfect,
the brightness of sunsets and dawns is improved,
new Addons, Weather_3.1_new lighting,
changes the game’s lighting ,
and makes the night darker. I added the 16k version
