AMURICA ENGINE SOUNDMOD [ATS] V0.6 1.45

I used professional recordings of Amurican engines!
This is still in an very early stage! More engines and tweaks in the future!

-Added a caterpillar engine sound recorded from a Peterbilt 379 to all VANILLA trucks!
-Drastically increased all engine volume.
