HotFix for version 0.31.2
WARNING: Recommended for installation for all users for correct operation
For some reason on this version maps stop working correctly on 0.31.1, so I release this fix .
Fixed incorrect display of textures ( roads and curbs )
Fixed traffic behavior ( refused to work on 0.31.1 )
Traffic routes ( traffic now works correctly and without problems )
Removed unnecessary garbage from the map
Changed environment sounds
Fixed and modified textures ( fixed the problem with textures disappearing in dark areas )
Fixed missing textures ( no textur on some objects )
Fixed failures on the road
Improved performance
