Passo Stelvio is a pass located in Italy, I tried to bring it to life, but some things are a bit off… I spent about 500 hours in this project. Now everyone can evaluate the work.
Performance:
The main goal was for this card to work well on my own computer, which is already 3 years old, with the specifications:
i7 7700K, 16GB RAM, geforce 1060 3GB – Runs 55fps average at 2560×1440
Also tested on:
i7 4700k, 16GB RAM, geforce 970Ti “4” GB – Runs at 60fps at 2560×1440
Ryzen 5 3600 16GB Geforce 2070 6GB – Runs at 75fps at 2560×1440.
Know design problems:
Elevation data for the road is not perfect – the best data was from a cyclist
The road is a bit too narrow at some points
Known technical problems:
Mountains – terrain just cut off at the edge of map
Patches of wrong groundmodel texture scattered around
Road textures incorrect priority order
No LOD models
Cable car disappearing at some angles
Roads with area beside the main road are of lower finish quality

AI is not perfect – so have fun with it…
