Managed to fix it bro.
This is how I i did it:
1. After downloading the mod file, open it with WinRAR and extract all the folders and files.
2. Now select all files, chose WinRAR and select : Add to archive option.
3. In the next window, choose Archive format : “ZIP”, Compression method: “Store”. Keep rest of the settings as is and zip the contents.
4. Place zipped file in your mods folder and then it starts appearing in mods when you launch the game.
