Fixed problems with RTA

This mod fixes compatibility issues between Belt Of The Tundra and Road to Asia.
What exactly does it fix? When both mods are used together, the country codes of Road to Asia don’t show up and therefore the game cannot recognise the countries as countries in game. This mod fixes that.
