Old Trucks AI Engine Sounds for Jazzycat Truck Pack v 3.8

Besides personalized sound for all trucks in this pack, I increased the spawn of the old trucks and I adjusted max_speed and torque for some trucks
Sounds update to the latest version of Jazzycat Truck Pack v 3.2
with this update the trucks received a new datebase of colors

– reworked sounds for MB SK and MB LKW
– new sound for Renault Major

– one new sound in the array for Renault Magnum
– 2 new sounds for Volvo FH12 (F16)
– 2 new sounds for Volvo Fl7
– 2 new sounds for Iveco Turbostar
– increased spawn for some trucks (Volvo FH12 and Fl7)
