SCS Trailers for Tandems v 1.0 by Sasha3261 for 1.40 and 1.41

Tandem configuration is now available for all trailers! (except foodtank)
Country restrictions have been removed from trailers.

Test 1.40 and 1.41

Compliance tested with:

BDF Tandem Truck Pack;
Rigid chassis pack for all SCS trucks;
Mercedes Benz New Actros 2019;
DAF XF 105 by vad&k.

In the next version I will add new configurations!
