Removed the RNG with upgrades and gives the Max value for all upgrades.
all upgrades have max possible stat of the vanilla stats! If something will range from 1000%-10000% like scanning fauna, it will become 10000%

Installation
Unzip the zip file
Copy the NMSRemoveRNGMaxStatsUpgrades.pak file to No Man’s Sky/GAMEDATA/PCBANKS/MODS (Create if the folder doesn’t exist)
Delete No Man’s Sky/GAMEDATA/PCBANKS/DISABLEMODS.txt if it exists
NOTES
This mod is incompatible with any other mod that modifies
“METADATA\REALITY\TABLES\NMS_REALITY_GCPROCEDURALTECHNOLOGYTABLE.MBIN”

These upgrades to not give you better seed values; they change what the seed values mean. That means if you
uninstall the mod, your upgrades will go back down to normal levels. (Quote: Gumsk)

Delete the NMSRemoveRNGMaxStatsUpgrades.pak file from No Man’s Sky/GAMEDATA/PCBANKS/MODS
