4) Boosts the Optical Drill Percentage by 100x AND Unlimited Jetpack
5) Makes the Jetpack Unlimited

I couldn’t find an operational Mod that increases the amount of resources gained, so this is my first mod. I also added in the Unlimited jet back since I like that and it affects the same file.
Let me know if there are any other configurations that might be desired.
