For better memorization and easy publishing portal addresses i’ve added additional info for each glyph.
You can use https://nmsportals.github.io/ for converting hexadecimal numerals into glyphs
Been using this mod, since it was first published, but Worlds Pt II update broke it. Have fixed it up. Due diligence was done to attempt to contact the original author, BFleur for permission to republish.
