Fixes for missing inner floor snap points that Hello Games really should have included.
Adds/Fixes the following:
Both planter types can be placed on inner floor parts + receive power.
Cube room stairs snap to both cube room floor and inner floors.
This mod changes the following MBINs:
CUBEROOM_INNERFLOOR.SCENE.MBIN
CUBEROOM_STAIRS.SCENE.MBIN
