Disables localization for alien words – now alien words are English, independent of the game’s language
Why? If you asking, you either haven’t spoken with aliens, either your language is near to English.
Supports all languages except English, USEnglish (because I see no reason), and LatinAmericanSpanish (because localization filename have a typo (and so it’s not equal to the language property name in the localization file) and so and I will need to do some work to add it)
It will conflict with any localization mods (if they exist) that changes LOC1_*, LOC5_* and UPDATE3_* files
