Removes the fly up Aerial Scan animation when using StarCharts A-D
No more aerial scan fly up animation when performing Starchart based EventScans. Alternate method to GCCAMERAGLOBALS.GLOBAL.MBIN changes.
Will conflict with other mods that make changes to METADATA\REALITY\TABLES\REWARDTABLE
LUA included, so can combine with other mods that make changes to this file, using AMUMSS.
