It increases the chances of seeing the exotic starship of a ★★/T2 and ★★★/T3 economy system to reduce excessive waiting/reloading.
The most updated mod that was doing the job is seemingly abandoned(https://www.nexusmods.com/nomanssky/mods/1631) and it doesn’t work anymore so I made it again but slightly different. I do not plan on maintaining this mod as it was a private one for my first time playing the game after nearly 300 hours of maddening search I grew impatient but didn’t want to simply cheat it in. The mod is very simple it increased the spawn chance for S-class and reduced it for C-class (because you need the total spawn chance to be 100%) so those are the exact numbers: T2: 1% → 5% and T3: 2% → 10%.
Install:
– Make sure that [Game installation path]\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\DISABLEMODS.TXT is either deleted or renamed.
– Extract the mod and put the .pak file in [Game installation path]\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\MODS (create the folder if it doesn’t exist)
Uninstall:
-Delete the .pak file in [Game installation path]\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\MODS
I hope this can help some players save a bit of time and sanity while it’s still working.
