Outlaw stations have a black market dealer who sells contraband, but they don’t have a lot of quantity. Same goes for the pirate ships who visit the outlaw station.
This mod increases the quantity so that you can fill up your ship’s cargo hold with contraband. It also trims the list of products carried by pirate ships to focus more on contraband.
Note that this means you can make a lot of profit selling contraband in regulated space, and as such this means that the mod is not really balanced. It was never intended to be.
