Disables the chat censor showing **** for censored words. We’re adults. We can handle bad words.
Might also remove the censoring from planet/etc names as well, I haven’t tested that.
Shouldn’t conflict with any mods.
It’s a modification to TPFSDICT/PROFANITYDICTIONARY_FL-FL.BIN from NMSARC.FE28D146.pak
